TDI’s Indianapolis campus is the most respected of the truck driving schools in Bloomington, Indiana for several reasons. Since driving a big truck is nothing like your standard manual transmission, TDI incorporates the perfect balance of classroom and on-the-road instruction to make sure you know what you’re doing before you hit the road.

One of the main concerns our prospective students have is cost—thankfully, there are plenty of ways TDI can make your truck driving education more affordable and accessible. TDI offers amazing grants, scholarships, and military discounts* for all those who qualify. On top of that, although there are no guarantees, it’s not uncommon for the carriers that hire our graduates to cover the cost of their training.

Our students also receive special career guidance in the form of job placement at our Indianapolis campus. While the other truck driving schools in Bloomington, Indiana have the trainees fend for themselves in the job market, TDI boasts an over 86% success rate in our job placement program. Before you arrive, during your training, and after you graduate, TDI placement specialists will help you align your skills with your career goals to find the job best suited to you. Many of our students receive job offers from leading carriers before they even get their CDL!
