Over 50% of our employees have been with us for over 5 years with an average of 16 years tenure.  Many of our current employees have chosen to stay with us for decades due to excellent working conditions, competitive wages, and a respectful atmosphere where we value our employees and know how important they are to our success.  We work to accommodate family life and time away from work as needed.  

Many of our instructional staff are retired drivers who want to share their love of the road with new members of the driving force.  Part-time schedules are available to give the retired person who wants to stay active and keep his or her skills sharp and give back to the country and the younger generation.
